I've been successful in moving a box but flickering occurs in turbo C?

I am moving an object a box from right to left ,but keeps flickering,there is a sun added to it too ,it also flickers with it.I just want a flicker free program.Is there anyway to remove the flickering occurring in the C program.


In simple I just want the box to move not the whole screen to flicker.
